Alison Lescure

Alison is in charge of HT Corporate Services Limited (HTCSL) and is responsible for the team dealing with English process agent appointments through HTCSL, an English-incorporated subsidiary company within Hannaford Turner LLP set up to carry out English process agency services for international clients entering contractual arrangements governed by English law and jurisdiction.

Alison is an English-qualified solicitor with extensive experience of international transactional work at other London maritime law firms including in particular, more than 5 years’ experience of handling a large volume of English process agency appointment matters.  Alison joined HTCSL in October 2023  to expand the existing process agency services business available through Hannaford Turner and bringing with her an international client base that has used her team for English process agent services for a number of years at her previous firm.
