On the transactional side Mark is actively involved in yacht construction, yacht sale and purchase and yacht finance work and has been involved in projects ranging from the construction of fully custom superyachts exceeding 130 metres in length through to the sale and purchase of smaller sport and sailing yachts, tenders, support vessels and everything in between. Mark also regularly advises on appropriate superyacht ownership structures, VAT/Tax related matters, crew employment, berth sale and purchase and regulatory compliance.
In addition to his superyacht practice, Mark also assists clients with the sale, purchase and ownership of private jets, helicopters and aviation engines.
