Sung-Hwan Choi is an asset and project finance lawyer. He has acted for banks, lending institutions, investment funds and shipping companies in a wide variety of finance and leasing transactions, in particular transactions with an export credit backed element, structured finance, refinancing, workouts and restructuring.
