Vishesh Tyagi

Vishesh joined Hannaford Turner as a Paralegal in October 2023. He holds an LL.B. from India and an LL.M. in International Maritime Law from Swansea University. Vishesh is also the winner of the prestigious Hannaford Turner LLP Award for Ship and Other Mobile Assets Finance Law. Vishesh’s areas of practice in Hannaford Turner include Ship Finance, Ship Sale and Purchase and Shipbuilding. Vishesh, along with Keith Krut, has undergone extensive study of the ETS clauses introduced by BIMCO and continues to strengthen Hannaford Turner’s expertise in navigating through the intricacies of the EU Emissions Trading Scheme.
