Francesca Pritchard

Trainee Solicitor

Francesca joined Hannaford Turner following her graduation from the University of Leeds, where she obtained a First Class Honours degree in Law (LLB).

Now in her fourth seat, she has gained broad experience across the firm. She began in the Litigation department, assisting on High Court and Court of Appeal matters, as well as arbitration and mediation proceedings. She then moved to the Yachts and Luxury Assets team, where she supported transactional work involving the construction, financing, and sale and purchase of superyachts.

Francesca’s next seat broadened her exposure to commercial shipping within the Ship Finance department. She assisted on complex financing arrangements with a particular focus on the cruise sector.

She is now part of the Shipbuilding team, where she continues to assist with the construction of commercial vessels and superyachts.

Outside the firm, Francesca serves as Events Director for Young Professionals in Yachting (YPY) UK, organising networking events across London.
