Lily Avdić

Office Manager

Lily joined Hannaford Turner in 2016 and is the Firm’s Office and Practice Manager.

She has over 15 years’ experience providing organisational support to senior partners within specialised law firms. At Hannaford Turner, she orchestrates and oversees all facets of operations. Her responsibilities cover a broad spectrum, including finance and accounting, HR, compliance, marketing communications and IT. In her capacity as an executive for the firm’s Managing Partner, she is skilled in partnership management, business strategy development and operational planning.

Lily leads the support team at Hannaford Turner, supervising client onboarding, billing and case management. She also works closely with the firm’s COLP in the continuation of regulatory compliance and is the Lexcel co-ordinator for the firm.
