Vishesh joined Hannaford Turner as a Paralegal in October 2023. He completed SQE 1 in March 2025 and SQE 2 in November 2025 and was admitted as a Solicitor in England and Wales in March 2026. He holds an LL.B. from India and an LL.M. in International Maritime Law from Swansea University, where he was awarded the prestigious Hannaford Turner LLP Award for Ship and Other Mobile Assets Finance Law.

Vishesh’s legal practice at Hannaford Turner focuses on Ship Finance, Ship Sale and Purchase, Shipbuilding and Aviation Finance. Vishesh also works closely with Alison Lescure in HT Corporate Services Limited, assisting in the provision of English process agency services to a wide variety of international clients.

Alongside Keith Krut, Vishesh has undertaken extensive research into European decarbonisation legislation and regularly advises clients on EU Emissions Trading Scheme (ETS) and FuelEU Maritime clauses for various forms of shipping contracts. Their work enhances the firm’s capability to navigate the evolving regulatory landscape governing maritime emissions.

His professional interests include maritime decarbonisation, international shipping regulation, international aviation law and the development of sustainable finance frameworks within the maritime sector.
